We cut pressure-sensitive vinyl with our computerized plotter and register it on the base fabric. The SGS System applies vinyl graphics to Sunbrella fabrics by means of a SGS machine that bonds the fabric and graphic film tightly together. We custom apply vinyl to either Sunbrella® or Nite-Lite® Back-lit Vinyl awning fabric covers without paints, sprays, or screen-printing. By using an eradicating technology, we apply special chemicals to eliminate the colored areas on pre-coated fabrics. This leaves a white background that we further customize by adding contrasting colored pressure-sensitive vinyl.
